Exhale studio
is a studio designed for our times.
Exhale’s vision is to promote physical and emotional release, and
personal improvement through creative and unique outlets.
Through a variety of yoga, pilates, and dance classes, we hope to inspire
people to set goals for themselves and to reach them, to enhance their
self-image and self-confidence.
Yoga classes will help you relieve stress, gain fulfillment, find a deep
sense of peace, as well as all the physical benefits. Pilates will strengthen
your core by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control, as well
as increasing muscular strength endurance and tone the entire body. Dance
classes will give you a great workout, increase energy, feel stimulated,
and have fun!
No need to be a member at several impersonal studios/centres/gyms. At
Exhale, we want to offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s
needs and, hopefully, entice you to try something new. At the same time,
we want to remain small enough that we get to know you and you get to
know us.
