Chantal’s StilettoFit Dance Class

StilettoFit is a fitness dance class designed to improve balance and embrace poise, using your class & sass with an urban twist. After Stiletto Fit ladies will have legs to die for; we all want to tone up that body and shine with confidence. This dance fitness class begins with an energetic warm-up: grooves and vibrant moves to get your heart rate pumping. From there we move into deep stretching to lengthen our bodies, breathing into the muscles and opening them up. After stretching, we begin the workout with squats, pushups, core exercises, and of course strengthening and toning exercises for your booty! Following this workout we get into across the floor where you will learn StilettoFit moves and strut across the studio owning that floor. Now that we are all feeling comfortable, it is time for the really fun part: following energetic choreography to great music! StilletoFit is designed to heighten your confidence, improve balance, and glamorize your strut while still having fun! You will leave this dance fitness class with heightened self-esteem, style and grace.

This class is not just for dancers. Beginners are welcome! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bare feet. If you wish to wear heels they must be supportive, thick, rubber bottom heels, and instructor or front desk staff must deem them appropriate to dance in.
