Ere’n – Exhale Dance Instructor

Being an athlete allowed Ere’n to learn hard work, determination and focus, but she also loved music and dance. Childhood ballet and jazz evolved into Scottish highland dancing, winning her numerous trophies throughout her career.
Ere’n believes music is therapeutic and that dance and movement can offer the much needed stress release we all need in these busy times. Her goal is to provide a welcoming environment that allows people to explore the power of feeling the music, letting their bodies move and expressing themselves: a safe place for everyone to be his or her silly self.

Zumba Dance fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind class that will have you doing exercise in disguise. Using a little salsa, a little merengue and a lot of sass, you’ll embrace the free -spirited dancer in you while giving your heart, lungs and muscles a great workout.
The music is infectious and the steps are easy to follow. You can follow step for step, bring it up, take it down or spice it up, giving it your own flair.
This class is for anyone who wants to get their body moving and have a great time doing it.
Zumba routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
