Advance Your Yoga Practice

This class will take students to the next level of deepening their practice and knowledge. Covering all limbs of traditional practice including pranayama, advanced asana, kriya, mudra and chanting. We will work with more advanced postures including inversions, arm-balances and longer holds, and integration of deeper philosophies into our practice and daily lives. Greater emphasis is placed on concentration, mindfulness on the mat as well as off the mat. Have an open mind & heart. Come explore!
