Ballet Pilates combines the grace, coordination and flow of a ballet class with the core strengthening techniques of pilates exercises. In this class you will learn the importance of Joseph Pilates’ Contrology by isolating certain muscle groups. The pilates method strengthens the smaller, more refined muscles, improving posture and toning your entire body. After class you will feel elongated, stronger and revitalized.
Feel free to join the Ballet Pilates even if you are not a dancer. This pilates class is for all levels and will be modified from beginner to advance. Please, wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bare feet.
