Warrior Flow Yoga is a dynamic yoga class designed to bring out the inner warrior or hero in each of us. Warrior yoga makes us fully present, aware, committed, courageous and alive as we work to improve our strength, flexibility and stamina, and begin to awaken our full potential to live life more fully. Emphasis will be placed on the breath and the principles of physical alignment. This yoga practice produces internal heat and sweat that detoxifies – cleansing the muscles and organs – while simultaneously calming the mind.
