Gillian is our resident meditation instructor at Exhale Studio and brings a unique combination of experience and intuition to her classes. Her focus is supporting you to reveal your vast inner resources so you can truly thrive in all you do. Gillian partners with her students to make this a truly meaningful and inspiring experience – there is something for everyone in her special classes.

Gillian is a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, holds a degree in Psychology and Linguistics, and is published in the field of Human Communications. She is a student of Buddhism and Science of Mind and serves on the ecclesiastical arm of the Centre for Spiritual Living Vancouver. She also has a varied professional background in corporate environments, private enterprise and charities, and recently launched her own company Centre Space. Gillian knows high-demand industries and performance-driven environments first-hand, so she easily connects with you right where you are, offering powerful tools for creating greater clarity, balance, and joy in your life.

Gillian is passionate about arts and vitality. She is an avid runner and loves dance, yoga, and cycling. She has worked extensively in film and is currently working on several writing and multi-media projects for her company. Gillian has a private practice in one-to-one spiritual coaching, facilitates innovative programs (classes and workshops in meditation and spiritual philosophy), and is licensed to perform special ceremonies (weddings, memorials, children’s blessings).
