Jan
Pilates creates
a strong core, body awareness, balance and a delicious sense of
well being! Jan is a certified Pilates Mat teacher (who continues
to train with her teacher Emmie Li of the Pilates Den) on mat exercises
and the reformer machine. In addition to her Pilates training, Jan
is a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher and also holds certification
as a BCRPA supervisor of fitness leaders, weight training, spinning
and has worked extensively with the 'aging' population. Jan has
25 years teaching experience which include 19 years with the City
of Burnaby and various other corporate locations. Jan creates a
non-competitive and supportive environment using humor, playfulness,
energy and instills a sense of calm and awareness of being in the
present moment. You will leave your practice feeling strong, stretchy
and rejuvenated! Aging gracefully at its best!
