I came to the practice with an injured and
aching body. Whether sports injuries or chronic pain, we all know
what it's like to lose optimum health. Yoga is helping me heal;
not only my body, but soul. I still struggle through class some
days, but I always come back to that beautiful source. My practice
and teaching style has gone from the structured hot classes of Bikram
style to the free-flowing practice of Power Vinyasa. My classes
are fun, powerful and intense. Some people often refer to them as
boot-camp style yoga, with all the love and compassion of the human
spirit, of course. I'm honoured to have the privilege of bringing
people together in the same room to work, play and breathe. See
