Kathryn has been training, performing and teaching in the Vancouver dance industry for a number of years now. She has trained in LA, New York and Vancouver.

Some of her dance performing and choreography credits include, choreographing and dancing for local recording artists, and fashion shows. She has even performed in the 2006 world salsa congress held in LA. She has performed in live shows along side Shaun Desman, Jordan Knight, Chingy, Keisha Chante, Soul Decision and Divine Brown. Kathryn has also appeared in numerous music videos, as well as in film and television. She is also currently apart of the touring dance cabaret group, The Burlesque Beauties and the all-female hip hop dance crew, StoneFoxx

Kathryn’s goal for her dance class at Exhale Studio, is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and relax to let go, and experiment with movement that may be a little outside of your comfort box, and feeling great doing it! Her goofy, non-intimidating style of teaching dance is sure to put the new comer at ease.

This dance class creates an environment where you can come and feel free to let lose, get silly, feel sexy and just have plain old fun. While you are getting a great workout! You will learn some of the latest dance moves, as well as how to shake and pop your hips like you mean it!
