Is a fun, high-energy dance fitness program where
you learn dance moves and choreography with the bonus of getting a great cardio
workout at the same time! The class is a fusion of 7 different Latin Styles
(Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Cumbia, Cha Cha, Reggaeton and Rumba) with a splash
of Hip-Hop, Afro/Funk and Jazz! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and
clean sneakers or barefeet.
