Teaching yoga is Lindsey’s favorite thing to do. Her passion for sharing it with others stems from her personal experience with its power to, quite simply, make life better. A former magazine editor with experience in the corporate sector, Lindsey’s dream is to help every student she meets learn yogic tools and techniques to bring health and happiness into their lives outside the yoga studio.

Lindsey’s teaching style emphasizes breath, flow, strength and stress release. Classes are intended to be physically challenging, and mentally calming. Each class is centered around an experience that can be put to use in day-to-day life, off the mat.

Students of all levels are welcome and accommodated. Lindsey encourages everyone to leave anxiety and stress at the door and tap into their natural ability to be healthy and happy.
