Take a journey through a multi-layered yogic experience exploring a physical practice which blends elements of yoga, acro-balance, and Thai massage. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, connection, and playfulness between friends, family, or partners. Understand the benefits of a contact practice to inspire laughter and a light heart while building strength of body & flexibility of mind. This cooperative interaction is available for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
