Sami
Sami welcomed yoga into her life over ten
years ago. In 2004 she studied Ashtanga Vinyasa (eight limbed Hatha
yoga) with Catherine Munroe and since then, Sami has continued to
explore the many physical, mental and spiritual paths of yoga. She
has been fortunate to study under Max Strom, Dharma Mittra, Yvonne
Jaques and many more inspiring teachers.Sami’s passion and
enthusiasm come through in every class she teaches. She sees yoga
as life enhancing and joyous and brings humor and warmth into her
practice. Sami’s classes explore the balance between inner
and outer strength and focus on promoting a clam spirit and a healthy,
flexible body.
